特点：
滑杆与膜片直接连接，工作时滑杆往复运动时直接推（拉）动膜片来回鼓动，通过泵头上的单向阀启闭作用完成吸排目的，达到输送液体的功能。2、是可以计量输送液体的机械，也叫定量泵、比例泵。通常描述为：机械隔膜计量泵是一种可以满足各种严格的工艺流程需要，流量可以在0-范围内无级调节，用来输送液体（特别是腐蚀性液体）一种特殊容积泵。分类一：根据过流部分：一、柱塞、活塞式；二、机械隔膜式；三、液压隔膜式。分类二：根据驱动方式：一、电机驱动；二、电磁驱动；三、气动分类三：根据工作方式一、往复式二、回转式；三、齿轮式其他的分类方式：电控型，气控型，保温型，加热型，高黏度型等。
隔膜更换方法：
1. 取下固定泵头的4个螺丝。螺丝位置在计量泵的背面。
2.在泵头松动之后，取下泵头之前，调节冲程长度到0%位置。可以保证电磁轴有足够的压力，保持其连接稳固，这样就可以旋下隔膜。
2. 向外拉液力端使螺丝从插孔内脱离。抓住液体端逆时针旋转。稍有些阻力，可以旋下隔膜。
4.一旦隔膜被取下，检查计量泵的安全隔膜，确保其是完好的，没有任何损坏。安装新的隔膜，顺时针旋转背板和隔膜直到贴紧。调节背板，使漏液排出孔位于泵的最底端。
5.在隔膜安装完毕、并且背板漏液排出孔置于垂直位置之后，安装泵头。确保吸液阀与漏液排出孔对齐，液力端的螺丝与相应的4个孔对齐。
6.旋转到冲程长度位置。这样可以使整套部件旋转至背板漏液排出孔与泵的最底端对齐。在泵运行过程中调整液力端和隔膜至合适的位置。
7.当液力端连同背板位置调好之后，4个螺栓以对角方式拧紧，直到合适为止。完成这项工作时应用力均匀。
